Our menu

The restaurant, based on a continuos persuit of a creative cuisine, influenced by the tradition of its Italian roots and inspired by Mediterranean cuisine, offers an innovative menu with a modern flair.

We recommend a vast array of wines, with particular attention and regard to our local wineries, offering wines such Bardolino, Lugana and Bianco di Custoza, as well as wines from the Verona region, like Soave and Valpolicella or wines from the Trentino area such as Teroldego Rotaliano. We offer also premium wines from the most prestigious labels, Amarone, Brunello di Montalcino and Barbaresco.

BREAKFAST - from 8.00 till 10.30 am
Every morning a splendid and abundant buffet of delicacies will greet you upon your sweet awakening. You may choose to enjoy your breakfast either in the dining room, around the lounge bar or in the garden patio, while being caressed by the first sun rays.

LUNCH - from 12.30 till 2.00 pm
Throughout the day, the cabana bar or the lounge bar depending on the weather, welcomes you offering a buffet or menu for lunch and intriguing you with appetizing snacks and array of drinks.

DINNER - from 7.30 till 9.00 pm
A daily changing 4-course menu is introduced by a grand buffet of appetizers and salads and ends with our chef’s lavish buffet of desserts. You will take pleasure in candle light dinners with a specially refined menu and dinners in the garden patio with buffet service, while the notes of the live music enchant the surrounding atmosphere.
